Real Estate Supervisor

• Manages all aspects of market development under supervision of senior real estate development manager. Participates in strategic planning. Updates target lists, maps and target books. Conducts title searches. Analyzes site surveys and leases. Tours regions with visits to competitors and existing sites. Prepares letters of intent, confirmation letters, site survey requests, performance and site submittals. Coordinates design and construction issues with internal partners and landlords. Resolves legal and lease issues.
• Researches new and existing submarkets through broker networks, new market surveys and visits. Meets with landlords and city representatives. Responds to unsolicited site submittals.
• Tracks performance goals and budget. Prepares management and pipeline reports and business plans. Compiles integrated market strategy report, post-analysis report and other special project reporting.
