Security Coordinator

• Audits safety and security compliance of the retail stores within assigned area.       
• Compiles compliance summaries and recommends appropriate corrective measures.      
• Compiles reports and data to assist team in investigation efforts to minimize losses.       
• Conducts initial, fact finding investigations and interviews on reported incidents of safety and security policy and procedure violations, integrity issues, criminal activity and company compliance matters as directed.     
• Performs loss prevention and incident management consulting, training, and coaching for the retail stores and operations management within assigned area.
