Financial System Analyst-IT

• Acts as contact for all users on IT system issues or problems. Troubleshoots, identifies, tracks and ensures resolution of issues. Coordinates issue resolution based on business unit priorities. Creates and distributes communication updates to system users on problem resolutions.     
• Helps design and develop new and improved processes, tools and system enhancements to support business unit requirements. Acts as subject-matter expert in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects. Defines business requirements based on business needs. Works with vendors on small to medium projects to coordinate system enhancements. Tracks timelines and deliverables on systems projects and provides progress updates.   
• Provides ongoing user and reporting support. Prepares training tools, materials and field communication updates. Collaborating with business group management to ensure that training materials support the needs of the functional area.
