Starbucks Delivers X 准时达 Rule

This Starbucks Delivers X 准时达 Rule (this “Rule”) shall apply when a user (or “you”) uses the “Starbucks Delivers” services (the “Starbucks Delivers”) and the order page displays words or logo of “Starbucks Delivers X 准时达” through Starbucks China mobile application (“Starbucks App”) or through the channels of Starbucks designated third-party partners (the “Partners”).

Unless otherwise stipulated in the Rule, Starbucks stores or designated merchants in partnership with Starbucks (each a “Store”) will deliver your ordered Starbucks products (the “Products”) to your designated address within 30 minutes after you order and pay (the “Delivery Time”).

If Products are not delivered within the Delivery Time, you may apply to cancel your order through online customer service after the Delivery Time expires. If you apply to cancel your order, you will not obtain the Starbucks e-coupons as stipulated in paragraph 4 below (“Starbucks E-Coupon”).

Unless otherwise stipulated in the Rule,
(1) if it takes more than 10 minutes but no more than 20 minutes beyond the Delivery Time to deliver the Products, you will receive a Starbucks E-Coupon; or
(2) if it takes more than 20 minutes but no more than 30 minutes beyond the Deliver Time to deliver the Products, you will receive two Starbucks E-Coupons.
If it takes more than 30 minutes beyond the Delivery Time to deliver the Products, you may not only receive two Starbucks E-Coupons as stipulated in paragraph (2) above, but also apply for a full refund of the order through online customer service. -
After the relevant order is completed, Starbucks E-Coupon(s) will be automatically added to your Starbucks Rewards account (when you use Starbucks Delivers through Starbucks App) or your account on the Partners’ channels (when you use Starbucks Delivers through Partners’ channels). The use of a Starbucks E-Coupon shall be in accordance with the detailed rules provided on the coupon.
In spite of the foregoing stipulations, you will not receive Starbucks E-Coupons as stipulated in paragraph 4 above if any of the following circumstances happens:
(1) The delay of delivery is caused due to special reasons such as bad weather, traffic, building access restrictions, etc.;
(2) A Store cancels your entire order because the Products are temporarily sold out or out of stock, etc.;
(3) We cancel your order as it is out of the Store’s business hours; or
(4) In case of fire, flood, thunder and lightning, storm or other reasons that cannot be foreseen, avoided, or overcome by a Store, the Store is unable to provide Products timely and therefore cancel your order.The Rule is a supplement to the Terms of Use for “Starbucks Delivers” Online Food Ordering Services (the “Terms of Use for Starbucks Delivers”) and to the other agreements and rules formulated by the Partners that are applicable to you (the “Partners’ Rules”). If there is any inconsistence between the Rule and the Terms of Use for Starbucks Delivers and/or the Partners’ Rules, the Rule shall prevail.
