  • We found some stores and online markets are selling what they call "Starbucks 3-in-1 instant coffee imported from the US", is this product officially marketed and sold by Starbucks China. If not, how to tell them apart?

It has recently come to our attention of some counterfeit 3-in-1 soluble coffee products in China which bear the Starbucks registered trademarks without authorization. Starbucks has taken this matter very seriously and will take all the necessary actions against counterfeit coffee products and to protect our legitimate rights and interests. Our official “Ready Brew” coffee is branded as Starbucks VIA®. All are imported products and sold only in our Starbucks stores in China. Currently there are mainly five flavored products available in the market: Italian Roast imported from US and Columbia, Caramel Latte, Mocha and Vanilla Latte imported from Columbia, all by our wholly owned trading company Starbucks (Shanghai) Supply Chain Company Limited. Customers can review this information from the Chinese back labels on the package. If you want to know more about Starbucks products, please contact us through our official hotline 400-820-6998. We sincerely thank you for your continuous support for purchasing Starbucks authorized coffee products. To protect your own rights and to ensure your safety, please refrain from buying counterfeit coffee products that infringe the Starbucks trademarks.
